How have reality shows like "Teen Mom" affected the view of teen pregnancy?

Recently, MTV has released a few reality shows, "Teen Mom" and "16 and Pregnant," on the topic of teen pregnancy.  These shows have been a topic for debate on whether or not they have glamorized teen pregnancy.  I believe these shows have shed light on the situation and are good for teens to see the struggles these teens go through and just how hard it is to raise a child at such an early age.
